Dive athletic registration participation improved to 72%. This still creates a deficit of $875 to make up. If you have not done so, please pay your Athletic Registration of $225 per player. You can visit the School Activity Desk or pay online at https://amador.futurefund.com/store/campaigns/4108.

Your Athletic Registration’ covers Coaches and your portion of the Athletic Director, it does not cover all the costs necessary to run the program. Any short fall in Athletic Registration must be covered by the Teams fundraising amount and directly cuts into their ability to build the program. Let’s get this number above 90%.

Final Amateurism Certification Reminder for Students
Students enrolling full time at an NCAA Division I or II college or university in Fall 2018 may request their final amateurism certification starting April 1. This is a requirement to compete their freshman year.

To request final amateurism, students should log in to their Certification Account at eligibilitycenter.org and:
Review their added sports and answers to Sports Questions.
Check their graduation and enrollment dates and update if necessary.
Review any open tasks and complete necessary information.

Remember, the enrollment date in your profile account should reflect the date you first plan to enroll in an NCAA Division I or II school.

Picture Day is this Tuesday, 2/27 at 3:30 pm (Amador Pool)

Swimmers should be on deck and ready to go by 3:30 pm. Amador Valley swim gear is preferred or at the very least black swimsuits.

Team and Individual Photos:
Yary will be taking the team picture and any individual/buddy pictures you want to order. You can get a Yary order at the pool, or you can download and print one out at this URL: http://bit.ly/2ChOATT (Be patient, the form takes a few minutes to load). Make sure to bring a check or money with you on Tuesday if you plan to purchase additional photos.

Individual Headshots and Booster’s Personal Ads
Our Sports Book photographer will also be on deck to take individual headshots of ALL swimmers (no payment required) and any personal ad pictures for the Athletic Booster Sports Program (see attached flyer). All the proceeds from the personal ads ($50) go directly to the AV Swim & Dive team.
