AV Football - Varsity 2021-2022

Good Evening!

Football team dinners are back and as many of you know It is a tradition for the Football team to eat dinner together throughout the season. The first dinner is a special one because it includes players and their families. Next Wednesday, August 23, the Varsity Football Team and their families are invited to Amador Valley Community Park. This is a great time for players and families to get together and socialize, while getting to know each other and the coaches!

Team Dinners/Meals with times are listed below, this year we will do some on Fridays before the games (light dinner recommended) and a few will be at homes. I have listed dates below that are available, please let me know by emailing me at amo10@comcast.net if you are interested in hosting with the date you would like to host.

Boys do not need to dress up this Friday Aug 18th at school! Starting next Friday Aug 25th they will be required to wear “game day dress” which will most likely be the polo shirt and khakis. Coaches will let them know on Thursday’s what the attire for Friday will be.

Hi!
Varsity football will have pasta feeds (traditionally known as Cookie Nights) every week starting with the De La Salle game. Normally it is for players only. But, we always start our season off with a family/players social.

Please join us Wednesday Aug 23rd 6pm at the Aquatic Park (off Black Ave) in the back by bbq and picnic tables. Be on the lookout for food signups and please rsvp with number of family members attending.
