Julie Baer will be organizing the car pools for the season. If you are cleared and willing to drive please email Julie Baer at juliebaer94@gmail.com. You will need to be at the school by 3:15 for pick up. Thank you in advance for your help with getting the girls to their game.

Please review the attached document to see who your daughter has committed to approaching regarding an ad in our sports program. We have until the 15th to collect sponsorships. Thank you in advance for any effort you can put into closing the deals. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you to all that have been working to get our “one sale per athlete” goal accomplished.

Please bring your player ad message today to the game if you have not yet turned it in. If we do not get a message from you, a generic message will be made up. Thanks you!

You never know what businesses that support us will offer to do to help! When Meg was collecting a $250 ad from Dr. Gary Stafford, an orthodontist, he asked if she needed a mouthguard when she played water polo.
He has offered to give our team custom made mouth guards at no charge! Please indicate your interest in getting a mouth guard by e-mailing Sherie MacGregor at sheriemac13@att.net
His office is closed this week, so if you could contact Sherie by this Saturday, that would be great. Please e-mail her your name, player name, and phone number.

The financial scorecards are available for viewing (http://www.teampages.com/clubs/4308/pages/116605). Girls Water Polo currently has $15,961 available in their boosters account. This amount is the Net Income less any outstanding Athletic Registration amounts.

Girls Water Polo is currently at 90% participation in Athletic Registrations collected.

No Athletic Registration fees collected will remain in the Boosters Account. All money collected for Athletic Registration will be paid to AVHS to cover Coaches and Transportation.
