Dear AVHS GOLF Families!

Send your favorite player a message in this year’s Athletic Boosters Sports Program. These souvenir programs will be sold at all home sporting events.

Player Message – Cost $50.00.

Customize your business card size message to your favorite player with a personal picture. All proceeds will benefit the sport(s) of your choice!

Your text will be sized to fit within your border. Messages will appear similar to this: ​

(shown at actual size of 3.5”by 2”)
You can either submit your own image to use for the ad or have Jenn Gaub shoot a complimentary image of your player at the official picture day for your sports. If you are submitting your own image, please send your digital image or printed picture (which will be returned after scanning) to Jenn Gaub (contact information below).

If you are going to have Jenn Gaub shoot your image for the ad, please have the attached flier filled out with the personalized message you want included as well as a check for $50 made out to AVHS Athletic Boosters.

Only ads paid for by the deadline will be photographed that day.​BRING THIS FORM AND PAYMENT TO YARY PICTURE DAY!!!!
