AV Girls Volleyball - Varsity

Great news!

We are officially in the State Championship tournament. Please support the girls as they fight for the win on Tuesday evening, November 6 at 7 pm.

We will host a home match against Menlo-Atherton. Cost for NCS-CIF playoffs is $10 for adults and $6 for seniors and students. Booster cards do not work for play off games.

Here is the schedule for the week so far:
11/5: practice at AVHS 3:30-5:30 pm
11/6: CIF match at home against Menlo-Atherton. Match will begin at 7 pm.
11/7-11/9: TBD

11/15 Volleyball Banquet in MPR at AVHS 6-9pm

Please join us to support the AV Varsity Dons as they face off against Foothill High School on Wednesday evening, October 31, at 7pm. This semi-final match is guaranteed to be action-packed and we need as many fans as possible to support our players to victory!

NCS entrance is $10 for adults and $6 for students and seniors.

Good Evening AV Volleyball families!
Amazing job last night to all the players! It was a great match to watch! We continue our playoff season as we face off against Foothill High School in the final four of NCS Girls Volleyball!

10/29 3:30-5:30 Players will watch film at Sarah Banholzer’s house in preparation for our upcoming match against Foothill High School.

10/30 Practice: 3:30-5:30 pm AV Main Gym

10/31 NCS Semi-Finals Dons vs. Falcons at Foothill High School at 7 pm. Players should arrive by 6 pm sharp. Please email me if you need transportation but we will assume everyone will get there on their own for this match.

11/1 Practice: 1:00-3:30 pm AV Main Gym. Regardless of how we do against Foothill, we will practice on Thursday in preparation for State tournament. More information about the tourney will be coming. Brackets will be posted in the evening on 11/4.

Round 1: 11/6 at 7 pm Location TBD
Round 2: 11/8 at 7pm Location TBD
Semi-Finals: 11/10 at 6 pm Location TBD
Finals: 11/13 at 7 pm Location TBD
State Championships: 11/16 and 11/17 at Santiago Canyon College, Orange

11/2 No Practice. Rest up for the final NCS game on 11/3.

The second round of NCS playoffs is set to happen on our home turf this Saturday, October 27, at 7 pm. Please join us for what will surely be an exciting match against Redwood. Remember that Booster cards are not accepted during NCS playoff games—admission is $10 for adults and $6 for seniors and students.

Players need to arrive at 5:30 to set up nets!
