Monday-Meet at Ridge. Tempo up the ridge for up to 20 minutes.

Tuesday-Strength Circuits

Wednesday-Meet at Shadow Cliffs. 4-6 x800m at 5k pace. 3:00 recovery

Thursday-Recovery Run

Friday-Speed development. 4 Sprints up the Del Valle Road Hill.

Saturday-Meet at Del Valle for long run.

Sunday-Easy or off and as always, on your own.
