Monday-Meet at new sports park (7001 Pleasanton Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566)-We will be doing a 20 minute tempo run.

Tuesday-Strength Circuits

Wednesday-At the original sports park (5800 Parkside Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94566)-We will be doing a Fartlek workout.

Thursday-Recovery run

Friday-Speed Development on the same hill as Week #7.

Saturday-Long Run at Del Valle (Across the street from 5050 Arroyo Rd, Livermore, CA 94550).

Sunday-Easy or off and as always, on your own.
