PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Varsity practice is 3:15 to 5:15 this week JV practice will be 5:15 to 6:30 through Thursday as we build up / condition On Friday, JV will be 3:15 to 5:15 running simultaneously with VarsityDIVERS
Divers should show up at the pool at 3:15 ready to do drylandREMINDERS
Bring in missing athletic packet forms and swim registration forms (the swim forms can be found on the website) USS swimmers need to submit their best times to the coachesComments
