HERE ARE THE FINAL DETAILS!

WHEN: LEAVING FRIDAY MORNING AT 10:30AM
WHERE: BOYS SHOULD MEET AT OUR USUAL CARPOOL SPOT IN FRONT OF THE Q BUILDING.
WHAT: HAVE YOUR OVERNIGHT BAG WITH YOU.
BRING A BAG LUNCH AND A DRINK SO THAT YOU CAN EAT ON THE WAY UP.
WHO: IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP TO DRIVE, YOUR NAME WILL BE INCLUDED ON A LIST TO THE ATHLETIC
DIRECTOR. I BELIEVE WE HAVE MORE DRIVERS THAN NEEDED, BUT WE WILL INCLUDE EVERYONE
WHO SIGNED UP JUST IN CASE.
WE WILL SORT OUT WHO GOES IN EACH CAR ON FRIDAY MORNING.

The boys will receive a field trip form from Kyle (hopefully tonight) They will need to have them signed by their teachers so that they may be excused from class at 10:30am. Kyle will give any other details when he hands them out

If you are not coming to the tournament with your son, please make sure he has money for lunch on Saturday and any snacks he may want. Dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning are all covered by the team.
