Track & Field athletic registration participation is currently 56%. This creates a deficit of $17,300 to make up. If you have not done so, please pay your Athletic Registration of $250 per player. You can visit the School Activity Desk or pay online at https://amador.futurefund.com/store/campaigns/4106.

Your Athletic Registration’ covers Coaches and your portion of the Athletic Director, it does not cover all the costs necessary to run the program. Any short fall in Athletic Registration must be covered by the Teams fundraising amount and directly cuts into their ability to build the program. Let’s get this number above 90%.

This is the last call for Sport Programs. I need to have a count of everyone that would like to purchase a copy or two of the Sport Program by tomorrow evening.

Reserve your copy now by sending me an email with your name, athlete’s name, and the number of copies you would like to purchase. Not only is the sports program a great keepsake for your student athlete’s season in track, but all the proceeds go back to Track and Field.

The programs are $15.00 each and shecks can be made out to AVHS Boosters. They will be available from the beginning of May.

Please note: if your athlete was not at picture day they will not be in the book.

The AV Boosters Spring Sports Programs are headed to the printer. Each program will cost $15.00.

Hi All,

Just a reminder that if you have not yet paid your registration for your athlete to participate in track, now is the time to do so. Lets get that 45% up to at least 90%. Even if you are only participating to get a PE waiver, you are still responsible for paying the $250.00 registration fee. Please note that none of the $250 goes to AVHS Athletic Boosters. The registration fee is strictly used to pay for the coaches stipends and all the transportation costs.

If you are unable to pay the athletic registration you can request a scholarship by emailing: avathleticboosters@gmail.com.

Any registrations that are not paid by the end of the season are paid by deducting the money out of the general track & field fund. What that means, is that any money that has been raised to purchase new equipment, will not be used for that purpose, but will be used to ensure that our coaches and transportation is paid and no new equipment will be purchased.

Hi,

We are still in need of 22 volunteers. You will need to be at the field by 3:30 and the meet will start promptly at 4. Once you arrive, you will be assigned an event.

Please plan to be there for the duration of the event. Once all the athletes have competed, your shift will be over and you will be free to leave. No stress, no assignment is complicated and the coaches will be there to explain what they need done.

Please note that the snack bar will not be open.

As always, the coaches, athletes, and I appreciate any time you can spare. Without you they cannot succeed.
