Teampages and Fair Share Fee ($500)
http://amadorsports.com/ takes you directly to teampages. If you don’t have an account, sign up for one ASAP: select sports, fall, girls volleyball, teams, level of team for your player, if not a member, click join now.
Fair Share: We fund sports in this district. Fair Share pays for the STAFF. Our fundraising (camp, email campaign, dining out nights) pay for STUFF like practice kits, team kits, equipment, events like senior night.

*Please choose the following options to apply FAIR SHARE payment now–we need to hit at least 90% participation.

1. Directly with Cash, Check or Credit Card at the Activities Desk. Transactions completed on site will not incur processing fees.
2. Via the Amador webstore: https://tracks.activenetwork.com/AMDVHS/webstore
3. Via Future Fund Store: https://amador.futurefund.com/store. Please note that Future Fund deducts a processing fee directly from the donation for the transaction in most instances.

Volunteer Clearance and Sign Up Genius
Volunteer clearance is online only now. Please use the school website to gain clearance. ALL FAMILIES MUST VOLUNTEER!
Sign Up Genius: ALL PARENTS will need to sign up for a volunteer job to help the program run smoothly this season. Sign up link is listed on sidebar on your level’s Teampages site. Please sign up on line by Sunday night, August 14 or we will pick a position for you.

Driving to Games/Tournaments: We will not be formally setting up carpools for games and tournaments but you are welcome to set those up on your own and at your own risk.

5. Volleyball Program Family Picnic Saturday August 20,

4:00-6:00pm
Join us for a fun night of mixing and mingling at our annual Family Picnic! This year we will gather at Lions Wayside Park in downtown Pleasanton (across from the Pleasanton Dairy and in the same location as Concerts in the Park). Bring chairs and blankets and your own picnic for your family. We will have dairy tokens for the players to grab an ice cream too! This has been a great tradition for our teams to gather together before the season gets going.

6. League/Tournaments

League games begin September 8 and run through October 20 with playoffs beginning October 22-November 5 and CIF championship running November 8-19.
Tournaments-each level is guaranteed at least one weekend tournament.
Stockton Classic dates are as follows:
Varsity: Kickoff-8/27; Varsity tourney-10/8
JV: 9/24
Frosh: 9/17
Jamborees-Varsity only
Dougherty Valley Tournament-9/24

7. Picture Day -August 23 at 4pm. Meet in front of the gym. Online Link will be available soon. I sent home paper forms for the players at player evaluations. Cheryl Mapes will be our picture day coordinator and will handle details going forward. 8. Team Dinners

Players will break bread together every other week during the season—tentatively scheduled. Team parents will organize/facilitate volunteers for these team dinners:

8/24; 9/7; 9/21; 10/5; and 10/19.

Dinners will be held directly following practice at the lunch tables. Team parents will need to collect money from players for these dinners–the program is unable to subsidize the cost this season. Parents for each team will either cook or order food and serve it to the team and coaches–please make sure to ask about food allergies as you plan your menus.

9. End of Season Banquet-Thursday November 17, 2022
5:30pm in the MPR. We will need lots of help for this banquet!

10. Fundraising-in years past, we have made enough money with our volleyball camp to sustain our teams for the entire season. This year we will need to do some additional fundraising to complete our campaign. We will have an email campaign through eteamsponsor.com, with the goal of paying for uniform kits for the 22-23 season and new volleyballs.
