Thanks to all of the parents that already ordered their AVHS Swim Sports Booster Book.

The deadline for ordering a copy is Friday, March 31st. Please fill out the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SFJ52PZ to place your order.

The cost is only $15.00 per book. Please give your coaches a check made out to AVHS Boosters for $15.00 by March 31st. PLS Swimmers can either leave their check in Emily Claridge’s Mail Folder or mail a check to my address:

AV Swim and Dive

h3. 3/17- Amador at Livermore High School- Our First Away Meet

Buses will be leaving from the Parking Lot by the pool at 2:30 pm.  Students, please plan to arrive and check in with the coaches by 2:15 pm.  PLEASE NOTE: Students CANNOT drive themselves to the meet.

IMPORTANT:
Please let coaches know by this Monday evening, March 13th, if you will attend the meet.  Anyone who does not notify the coaches will not be entered into the meet.

h3. Saturday 3/18- Dougherty Invite at Dougherty High School in San Ramon

Entries are due today, Sunday 3/12. If you CANNOT swim in this meet please let the coaches know immediately.

Please plan to arrive at Dougherty High School by 7:30 AM for warm-ups.  Check in with your coaches when you arrive.  Please, do not be late.

JOIN US FOR THE FIRST ANNUAL PURPLE AND GOLD MEET

We hope to see all parents, swimmers, and divers in our showcase meet. It will be a great opportunity to meet other swim and dive families and indulge in some delicious food.

We will be selling Pulled Pork dinners (Sandwich, chips, and water) any many other snack bar items available as well. Also, as a special treat, the Amador coaches will be providing Cake and Free t-shirts. We hope you can make it. It is supposed to be a beautiful day.

ACTION ITEM Swimmers—Please make sure to check the postings at the deck this Monday to find out what team you are on, and also to let the coaches know if you can swim on Thursday.

Each team will be working together to come up with a unique team cheer and banner. Show your team spirit by decking out in your team’s colors—parents can do this too!
