xcstats Registration Information

If you were signed up for xcstats last year, you are still signed up and don’t need to do anything. If not, you need to register by Friday, August 18th using the attached instructions. Our password for this season is avxc#17.

Updated Team Handbook

I have updated the team handbook with a few revisions to the schedule and with a finalized list of coaches. Unless there is a typo somewhere. This is the finalized version of the handbook.

Week #8 Training

Monday-Meet at new sports park (7001 Pleasanton Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566)-We will be doing a 20 minute tempo run.

Tuesday-Strength Circuits

Wednesday-At the original sports park (5800 Parkside Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94566)-We will be doing a Fartlek workout.

Thursday-Recovery run

Friday-Speed Development on the same hill as Week #7.

Saturday-Long Run at Del Valle (Across the street from 5050 Arroyo Rd, Livermore, CA 94550).

Sunday-Easy or off and as always, on your own.

Monday-Meet at Ridge. Tempo up the ridge for up to 20 minutes.

Tuesday-Strength Circuits

Wednesday-Meet at Shadow Cliffs. 4-6 x800m at 5k pace. 3:00 recovery

Thursday-Recovery Run

Friday-Speed development. 4 Sprints up the Del Valle Road Hill.

Saturday-Meet at Del Valle for long run.

Sunday-Easy or off and as always, on your own.

2017 Team Handbook
